This tool is designed to save time while ensuring responses are clear, balanced and appropriate for public-facing communications. You remain fully in control of the final wording and are responsible for checking accuracy before sending.
Using instructions to guide the response
The Instructions for this response field lets you shape the tone and content of the draft. You might use this to specify a formal or informal style, highlight a particular policy position, or ask the assistant to keep the response concise. These instructions are optional but can help ensure the output matches your organisation’s approach.
You can also click Your team’s custom instructions at the top of the page to view and edit your organisation’s overarching AI instructions. These open in a pop-up and apply to all AI-generated responses, helping ensure consistency in tone, formatting and approach. Changes made here will be reflected in future responses unless overridden for an individual draft.
AI Assistant limits
There is a limit on the usage of the AI assistant tool.
For each team account, there is a limit of 200 credits used towards your AI-generated content each month. Each AI-generated output you use is 1 credit.
Your credits will renew on a monthly basis. This is based off of the date you subscribed to the platform as opposed to the calendar month.
Why you should not share personal data
You should not paste personal data from constituents into this tool. This includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, reference numbers, or any information that could identify an individual.
Sharing personal data may breach data protection laws such as GDPR, and may be outside the consent given by the constituent. To protect both your organisation and the individuals who contact you, only paste the relevant substance of the message, removing or anonymising any identifying details.
Your responsibility
By using this feature, you confirm that any content you submit is shared lawfully and, where applicable, with the consent of the data subject. You remain solely responsible for compliance with data protection requirements and for the final communications sent.
